In the 90s, Women Power was established with one of its main goals being to increase the number of women in leadership in the Jewish community. Why are women still under represented in the leadership of the Sydney Jewish community? What structural, cultural and political change needs to occur to change this gendered landscape? Join our panelists to discuss these questions and more.
