Community leaders must have regard to the needs and existing opinions of our Jewish community. But they need also to have regard to the wider society of which we are a small part and to provide forward-looking leadership in a fast changing landscape. This session will look at some examples of recent challenges and pitfalls in Australian Jewish community leadership.
