Limmud-Oz 2015

Over the past three years I have been involved with a unique effort that so far provided over 5500 tons of humanitarian aid from Israel to Syrian refugees in Jordan, Turkey and Syria itself. Despite the uniqueness of this work, this story remains largely untold. I will speak to the Israel and Syrian dilemma and share stories of my interactions with a number of key figures in the Syrian opposition, and offer some glimpses of hope in the midst of the most dreadful conflict this region had seen in a century.
