SpaceIL is an Israeli nonprofit founded by three young engineers at the end of 2010, answering the Google Lunar X Prize challenge. SpaceIL is aiming to make history and land the first Israeli spacecraft on the Moon and to inspire a generation along the way. The presentation will describe the programme from the inside: David Shteinman has been a volunteer and is now a technical consultant to SPACE IL engineering teams on orbital planning, analysis and design of landing simulations.
